“I just purchased my 2014 Honda CRV about 1.5 months ago, and their was no sticker to notify me when oil need changed. I had a wrench light on my dash and 15% oil left, this was Sunday evening. I decided after work Tuesday to get it taken care of, everyone closes at 6 it was 5:30 when I called i said id be there in 15 min, but i knew they were close soon. No hesitation they had me come in and even stayed until 6:30 after all was done.. Cabin filter, air filter and oil change. Thank you for taking the time even though I came in close to closeing. Since I had just had some other work done Robert replaced the part and did not charge for either the part or labor. He said they should have caught the problem when doing the previous repair.
